AMSD Series Twin Shaft Plastic Shredder is designed for recycling of wooden materials, plastic materials, rubber materials, leather materials, metal sheet and plate materials, fibre and textile materials, tires, wasted electronic parts, RDF materials and so on. The double shaft shredder machine adopts two rotor shaft with rotating blades to cut and shred different materials with low speed, high torque, low noise and high output capacity.

1.The cutter body is made of high-alloy 42CrMo material, which has high strength, good toughness, and is not easy to break.

2.The blades of the K-type knife roller and KD-type knife roller are made of D2 material, and the knife body is made of 42CrMo.

3.The main electrical components adopt Siemens and Schneider brands.

4.Automatic overload protection to avoid machine overload and jamming.

AMSD Series Double-shaft Shredder, also known as the shearing shredder, reduces the size of the material through cutting, tearing and squeezing. This shredder is widely used in waste plastics, waste rubber, wood, crop straws and other large volumes.
