AMG-L Series Low Speed Plastic Granulator Machines are installed beside plastic injection molding machine for grinding mold runner sprue wasted material and defect products. The machine equipped with blower and cyclone system to transport the crushed materials into injection machine immediately.

3. Low Speed Plastic Granultor Features & Application

AMG-L Series beside the press low speed granulator is placed beside the injection molding machine to crush and recycle the nozzle plastic material, which greatly reduces the production cost. At the same time, the nozzle material and leftover material are recycled to achieve environmental protection; if the recycling device is equipped with a robot operation, it is not necessary manual operation, while saving labor costs. The machine-side medium-speed crusher is suitable for crushing and reusing various plastic materials, including plastic scraps, recycled materials, and semi-finished products.
